Who is responsible
The data controller and personal data operator is Infinity Machines sp. z o.o., ul. Zamiany nr. 8 lok. LU202, 02-786 Warsaw, Poland (KRS 0001179997, NIP PL 9512624406). Waitlist data is stored by Infinity Machines itself, on its own server. The only time it touches a third party is when we send you the notification you asked for: delivering that email may involve an email delivery provider acting as our processor. The list is never shared, sold, or used by anyone else for any other purpose.
What we collect
If you join a waitlist, we store your email address, which list you joined (GEN-0 restock or GEN-1 clearance), the wording of the notice you agreed to, your IP address, and the time of signup. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) run only if you accept them in the cookie banner.
Why we collect it
For one purpose: to send you the single notification you asked for — a restock alert or a GEN-1 launch notice. We do not send newsletters, we do not sell or share the list, and we do not use it for anything else.
How long we keep it
Waitlist entries are deleted no later than 30 days after the notification you signed up for has been sent, or immediately on your request.
Your rights
You can ask at any time what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it. Email info@infinitymachines.pl and we will handle it — no forms, no friction. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
